Carolina Disability Renovations is a division of LG Makers & Sellers Inc. Based in Spartanburg South Carolina, the company also operates LG Services – a comprehensive renovation construction company. The owners of LG Makers & Sellers are Greg Rowland and Linda Najera. The business focuses on high quality work, professionalism, and personalized service.
Our Vision
The idea for Carolina Disability Renovations began several years ago when Greg‘s father wanted to remain in his home as his health declined. Numerous modifications were made to the house that made his life safer and more fulfilling. After Vernon passed away and LG Makers & Sellers Inc was formed, Greg began to encounter situations where handicapped renovations had been made to homes that were not safe and certainly not compliant with current Building and ADA Codes.
Seeing a need for professional handicapped home modifications, Carolina Disability Renovations was launched in May 2024.
